Saad Hariri

Saad Hariri (rear RTL سعدالدين (رفيق) الحريري), born the April 18th 1970 with Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), is a politician Lebanon board.

It is one of wire of Rafiq Hariri, Lebanese politician, assassinated the February 14th 2005. In April 2005, following the assassination of his father, it decides with the agreement of its family to launch out in policy to the side of his aunt Bahia (appointed Saida) and to continue the way of his father.

Before the assassination of his/her father, of 1994 with 2005 it dirigait the company Saudi Oger which is established in Saudi Arabia and is rested by his/her father. In Saudi Oger work approximately 35.000 people.

Now it is with the head of the Running of the Future and chief of the majority at the Lebanese Parliament. It was combined with Samir Geagea and Walid Joumblatt within the Alliance of March 14th, movement which gained the legislative elections in 2005.

At the time of the crisis concerning the caricatures of Mahomet, Hariri denounces a handling Syria, using like pretexts the drawings to engage of the actions of destabilization of the Lebanon.

It has also Saoudi nationality, and is based on important networks of world knowledge created by his father to defend the Lebanese cause on the world scene.

The March 18th 2007, Saad Hariri was made knight of the Légion of honor by the president of the French Republic Jacques Chirac during a private ceremony.
