SPIRAL (experiment)

SPIRAL ( System of production of Radioactive Ions Accelerated in Line ) is an experiment of physics located with Caen, on the accelerator of heavy ions GANIL.

The experiment SPIRAL began in 2001, then knew an important evolution. SPIRAL " 1" (or " I") indicate the experiment initial and SPIRAL " 2" (or " II") its successor.
