SIPOC
SIPOC is the Acronyme of S upplyer I nput P rocess O utput C ustomer, in French F ournisseurs E ntrées P rocessus S nettles C lients
In methodology Six Sigma, the SIPOC is used during the first stage of DMAIC, D to éfinir, in order to describe the process trade whose one wants to improve quality.
It is presented in the form of a chart in which one will describe this process of the supplier to the customer… and with its need.
The following stage will consist in measuring (DMAIC stage M) on the basis of calculable criterion (weight, cost of purchase, speed of delivery, satisfaction customer, terms of payment…) all elements included in this chart.
