SH2D1A is a Gène localized on the Chromosome X. This gene includes/understands approximately 25  000 even basic dividing itself into four Exon S. This gene codes a Protéine of 128 amino-acid named SAP ( S ignalling lymphocyte activation molecular has ssociated p rotein). The exact role of this protein is unknown but it would intervene in the signal activating the lymphocytes T.

The pathological changes of this gene are responsible for the lymphoproliférative Maladie related to X.
