SE

SE , so known under the name of Nehalem New Instructions (NNI) is a new handset of additional instructions intended to be introduced into the processors Intel in the name of code Nehalem during 2008. However, part of the instructions of this play could be introduced into the Intel architecture engraved in 45 Nm having for code name Penryn.

This instruction set should improve the performances multi-media, the algorithms of research and detection, the data protection (Checksum of the type CRC) and vectorization.
