S1W is, in the series Dark Angel an illegal association aspiring to justice.
They are associated thanks to Asha with Logan Cale, " Veilleur" who the assistance and gives them missions. They are regarded as a terrorist association by the authorities which want to get rid of them. Their organization is not very elaborate and the members are very few but to frighten the government enough.
