Example of text written in Sütterlin
Trotzdem STI sharp Be zeichnung unzutreffend, denn be gab die deutsche Kurrentschrift schon lan- Ge VOR Ludwig Sütter- flax.French translation: One gives sometimes the name of Sütterlin with all the forms cursive of the writing ale mande. That probably holds so that Sütterlin is cursive allemande of which the name is most known. This dénomi- nation is however inaccurate, because cursive allemande exis- conceals well before Ludwig Sütter- flax.
