Ryerson university

L´ Université Ryerson is a Canadian Université public founded in 1948. It is located in the middle of Toronto, in l´ Ontario. Its name comes d´ Egerton Ryerson, minister Canadian of l education at the beginning of the 19th century.

L university counts in 2005 more than 20.000 students full-time and is most important of the 21 universities of Canada in the category primarily undergraduate . It is particularly known for its programs related to the Média S, such as:

  • radio and Television, only formation of the kind in four years in Canada

  • Journalism
  • Architecture of interior
  • arts of l´image (Cinema, Photography and new media
It also includes/understands the most important school of Continuing education for adults, called G. Raymond Chang School off Continuing Education and which counts 60.000 inscriptions.

In 2006, l university at summer classified with the 5th rank of the universities of average cuts in the category preparation with l´emploi .
