Ruy Launoir

Ruy Launoir was born on June 29th 1936 with Constanţa. His/her father was a Peruvian diplomat then posts some in Romania. In 1944 it was folded up in Buenos Aires where the young person Ruiz Aguanegra was pupil with the French college. It continued its studies in Paris as from 1955, studies crowned by a doctorate of international law on the legal bases of the French claims in Araucanie-Patagonie.

After having acquired French nationality, Ruy Aguanegra took for Launoir pseudonym, Francization of its patronym of registry office. Entered with the College of' Pataphysique in 1957, it was promoted Dataire in 1960 then, after the desoccultation of 2000, Régent of Cléidologie in reference to the first edition of these Keys for the' Pataphysique published at Seghers in 1969. Reprocessed State education, Ruy Launoir continued its research on the history of the College of' Pataphysique with various texts published in the Carnets of the College.
