Ruth Ellen Riley , born the August 28th 1979 with Ransom (Kansas), is an American player of Basket-ball, evolving/moving at the station of pivot.

She is distinguished especially in the two American leagues which are the Women' S National Basketball Association and the National Women' S Basketball League.
