Rutger Hauer
The tradition wants that holy Gatien was the first bishop of Turns, undoubtedly at the end of the 3rd century or at the beginning of 4th.
Almost nothing him is known, if not that it would have dealt with the beginning with sharp opposition of the local population and that it would have been obliged to celebrate the worship in catacombs. He would have died peacefully, after having been bishop during fifty years.
The cathedral of Turns is dedicated to him since 1357, to replace a dedication with Maurice d' Agaune.
It is said that holy Martin was often going to request on its tomb.
