Ruston makes party of the group MAN B&W Diesel AG just as Mirrlees Blackstone, Paxman and French SEMT Pielstick.

Establishments

Ruston was established on the site Vulcan Works of Newton-the-Willows between Manchester and Liverpool. In 2001, the production was delocalized in Stockport on the site Mirrlees Blackstone works.
