Russian speaker
A Russian speaker is a Russian speaker of language . The number of Russian speakers in the world is estimated at 280 million. The Russia is largest of the countries Russian speakers but many old Soviet republics shelter a great number of Russian speakers, of Russian origin or not: the Bielorussia, the Ukraine, the Kazakhstan, the Moldavie and the Latvia and other countries of old the the USSR. Because of immigration, Israel, Germany, Canada, the United States (in particular with New York, or in Alaska where the community of the Old Believers (Orthodoxe very attached to the tradition), persecuted by the mode tsarist and the Soviet mode, found refuge and lives in isolation) and some other countries count also important communities of Russian language.
