Rumanian cultural institute
the Rumanian cultural Institute (abrévié IRC ) is an institution which promotes the culture and Rumanian civilization in Romania and abroad. The IRC was created by the reorganization of the Rumanian cultural Fondation and the Éditions of the Rumanian cultural Foundation . The Rumanian cultural Institute is under the authority of the president of the Romania which is the honorary president of this one.
Activities
For the period 2005 - 2008, the IRC plans to work by projects and it will organize contests public, where these projects will be evaluated by independent commissions. A priority for the Rumanian cultural Institute relates to the communities of speakers roumanophones adjoining countries of the Romania. Since 1992, the IRC organizes courses of summer for the teachers of Rumanian in these countries.As a subsidiary company of the Rumanian cultural Institute, the Center of Transylvanian studies of Cluj-Napoca concentrates its activity on the problems of the Transylvania.
