A statue is an artistic work in three dimensions of intermediate size to large (the Statue of Freedom reaches 92 m in height…) created in general by the Sculpture or the metal cast iron.
The statue of Gomateshvara, high 17 meters is regarded as the largest monolitic statue of the world. It is located in the south of the India, in the town of Shravanabelagola.
A statuette is a small statue.
