Rufus Scrimgeour
Character of the saga Harry Potter, written by J.K. Rowling.
The author makes of it mention for the first time in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, in chapter 7.
Rufus Scrimgeour is a wizard, he officiated, before his nomination at the station of Ministre for the Magic in July 1996, as a director of the department of the Auror S.
It is described in volume 6 like this: “It resembled an old lion rather. It had gray lines in its fawn-coloured mane and its bulky eyebrows. It had yellow and penetrating eyes behind iron mounting of its glasses and a certain imposing presence, a gracious step, although it went while limping slightly. ”
It is about a man of action, which does not chew its words and fact proof of a great lack of tact. Just like its predecessor, Cornélius Fudge, it holds so that Harry makes publicity for the ministry, it with what the latter and Dumbledore are opposite.
