Rue Louis-Vicat
The street Louis-Vicat is a way of the 15 {{E}} district of Paris. The origin of its name returns to the person of Louis Vicat (1786-1861), general inspector of the Ponts and Chaussées which posed the bases of the industry of the hydraulic binders.
