Rue Josse Impens

The street Jose Impens (in Dutch: Jose Impensstraat ) is a street of Brussels of the common of Schaerbeek which goes from the Rue of the Daisies to the Avenue Jan Stobbaerts while passing by the Rue Fountain of Love, the Avenue General Eisenhower and the Rue Frans Binjé.

The street bears the name of the Belgian painter Jose Impens (1840 - 1905). The denomination of the street goes back to 1909.

In the past, it formed, with the Rue Auguste Lambiotte, the Petite street with the Wood , which led to the Bois of Linthout to the borders of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
