Rue Brisemiche

The street Brisemiche is a street of Paris located in the Quartier Beaubourg in the IV {{E}} district.

History

This street dating from the 16th century is the result of the fusion of the Brisemiche streets and the Pear tree and will be cut down by the part which extended between the streets Saint-Merri and Simon-The-Franc during construction of the Center Pompidou. It owes its denomination with the breads which one distributed to the canons of the Collégiale of Saint-Merry.
