Street names
A street name is called a Odonyme.The streets are often named according to famous people, place names or dates historical.
In the recent cities whose plan is in squaring, the streets carry often simply a number as a name (this principle is used primarily in North America).
In the recent districts, one often chooses a common topic for all the streets of the district (for example, names of musicians, names of birds…). This system is practical to make it possible to guess in which district a street is located, with the simple statement of its name, but it does not function although if there is no street name being included in the same category in another district…

- even numbers on a side of the street and odd numbers of the other;
- increasing numbers in the direction opposed to the downtown area;
- arbitrary numbers following itself one by one, with possible use of numbers (a) and for the third time to decide between subdivisions of a piece carrying initially only one number;
- numbers representing a distance (in meters) since the entry of the street.
