Rudy Powell (1907-1977) is a saxophonist and clarinettist of American jazz.
It made its beginnings with Cliff Jackson in 1927 then played with Fats Waller, Rex Stewart, Edgar Hayes, Teddy Wilson, Jimmy Rushing and, with beginning of the year 60, with Ray Charles then the “Saints and Sinners”.
