Rudolph Martin Anderson
Rudolph Martin Anderson is a zoologist specialized on the Mammifère S and the Oiseau X Canadian, born the June 30th 1876 in the Comté from Winneshiek, Iowa and died the June 21st 1961 with Ottawa.
After studies in Iowa, he works initially in the rows of the army of the the United States of America then as ornithologist. He settles then in Canada and takes part in a mission of exploration of Alaska organized by the American Museum off Natural History of 1913 with 1916.
In the account of its voyage, it worries about the dimunition of the herds of caribou S and musk oxen. Anderson then starts to be interested in the environmental questions. It takes part in the drafting of the Law on convention concerning the migratory birds signed by the the United States of America and the Canada in 1916. He is head of the division of biology of the Canadian Musée of nature of 1920 with 1946.
