Royal Galipeau
Royal Galipeau (born the January 5th 1947) is a business man, former civil servant and Canadian Politician in the area of Ottawa. He was the victorious candidate of the Conservative party of Canada in the district of Ottawa-Orleans at the time of the Canadian federal election of 2006. Royal Galipeau has been married with his Anne wife for 30 years. They have three wire and a girl. The family of Mr. Galipeau is implied in the Community life and the local policy since four generations.
In 1982 it is elected at the municipal council of Gloucester, demolishing an outgoing adviser. With the council, it helps to introduce policies of equality of opportunities and tried, without success, to replace the " term; alderman" by a neutral term. In 1985, he is candidate with the mayor of Gloucester, finishing third behind his/her colleague adviser Harry Al and the temporary mayor Mitch Owens.

At the time of the general election of the January 23rd 2006, Galipeau demolishes Godbout.
