Jack Rowell , born in 1937, is the current director of the Rugby of Bath.
Between 1978 and 1994, Jack Rowell involved Bath pandant the golden age , gaining eight Coupes John Player/Pilkington and five Championnat of England of Rugby to XV.
It was selector of the team of England of Rugby to XV of 1995 to 1997.
It replaced Geoff Cooke, and it announced its intention to give up the set of fronts which had made the force of England and which had enabled him to carry many Five Nations tournaments in the past, adopting in the place a play based on the race. England of Jack Rowell carried 21 of the 29 disputed matches, including the quarter-of-finale of world cup 1995 against the Australia.
In 1998 it integrates the direction of Bristol, when the business man Malcolm Pearce saved the club of disappearance. In september 2000 he becomes executive director.
In 2002 it returns in Bath as director of Rugby.
