Rouvroy-Ripont is a common French, located in the department of the Marne and the area Champagne-Ardenne.
In 2007, second commune of France the least populated (with Leménil-Mitry in Meurthe-et-Moselle) with two inhabitants (but 15 voters registered on the electoral rolls).
