Route secondary road 936 (Yvelines)

The secondary road 936 or D936 , which is old RN 836, is an axis of circulation of the department French of the Yvelines of which it crosses the southern part according to a north-western directed axis - south-east.

In the north-western direction - south-east, the common crossings are:

Bourdonné : D936 starts with a few 400 meters of the southern end of the agglomeration, starting from the secondary road 983 (Drocourt - the Tartar-Gaudran), in direction of the south-est ; its layout makes only approximately 600 meters on the terrtoire communal ;
Cop-on-Vesgre: the road avoids the center of the village while passing by the hamlet of the Hallier in the east, crosses the secondary road 63 (road condéenne connecting it to the secondary road 71 which leads to Grandchamp) and, with the name of road of Saint-Leger , penetrates in the Forêt of Rambouillet ;
Saint-Leger-in-Yvelines: after a long almost right line in the forest, D936, road of Houdan , penetrate in the village, cross there the end and the beginning (because of one ways) of the secondary road 138 which leads to Montfort-l' Amaury then the beginning of the secondary road 61 which leads to the Bréviaires and Bullion and continuous in the forest in direction of the south with the name of road of Rambouillet ;
Poigny-the-Forest: the road, become road of Saint-Leger , avoids Poigny by the east and crosses the secondary road 108 which, it, leads to the village, then the secondary road 107 which also leads to the village then towards Raizeux ;
Rambouillet: D936, always in the forest, penetrates on the communal territory with the name of road of Saint-Leger to a crossroads where it takes the name of road of Groussay and where the secondary road starts 937, simple road of junction with the secondary road 151 exclusively rambolitaine like the preceding one and which connects the Trunk road 10 to the center of Rambouillet ;

during the crossing of the city itself, D936 is with one way in the direction south-north, since the place Felix Faure (commercial downtown area) to the crossroads where starts the street of Groussay by taking the names of street of the General de Gaulle , place of the Release in front of the town hall, street Raymnd Poincaré and street of the Mound ;
to circulate in the North-South direction, it is appropriate, at the end of the street of Groussay , to take on the left the street of Providence , on the right the street Maurice Dechy , on the left the street Gambetta which passes in front of the post office of Rambouillet, and finally, on the line, the street of the General Humbert who brings back to the place Felix Faure ;
starting from the place Felix Faure , D936 becomes the street Georges Lenôtre and amalgamates with the secondary road 906 (Saint-Rémy-the-Chevreuse - Saint-Hilarion) on approximately 200 meters, then continuous towards the south, the southern end of the secondary road crosses 151 (northern cf entered of Rambouillet) then the northern end of the secondary road 150 (towards Orphin), skirts the zone of activities with shopping mall of the Bel Air and joined the Trunk road 10 (Montigny-le-Bretonneux - Urrugne) ;
while the RN10 continues its layout towards the south, an exchanger makes it possible D936 to take again the direction of the south-est ;

Sonchamp : slightly to the south of the Wood of Saint-Beno4it cheese, D936 crosses an agricultural plain which is in fact the northern end of the plain of Beauce, passes by the hamlets of Greffiers and of Hunière , enters the village, crosses the beginning of the secondary road 176 (towards Orphin and Émancé), and leaves there to penetrate in the wood of Saint-Benoît ;
Saint-Arnoult-in-Yvelines: the secondary road finishes its forest course to become the street of Boucauderie and, shortly after the entry in the village, is completed with the intersection with the secondary road 988 (Bonnelles - Ablis).
