Route secondary road 1093 (Auvergne)

The road secondary 1093 , or RD 1093 , is a secondary road crossing two departments of the area Auvergne: the To combine and the Puy-de-Dôme, and connecting Bellerive-sur-Allier to Bridge-of-Castle.

It is about old the Trunk road 493 until the downgradings of 1972.

Road alignment

The road secondary 1093 starts with Bellerive-sur-Allier, where it serves some stops Bus Inter line with Navarre and Acacias .

Then it crosses the forest of the Bush-hammer and, in the department of the Puy-de-Dôme, the forest of Randan .

It passes in the Grande Limagne , where it serves the communes of Barnazat, Saint-Denis-Combarnazat, Maringues.

It finishes with Bridge-of-Castle, with the road secondary 2089 (old Trunk road 89).

At the origin, the secondary road 1093 passed to Bridge-of-Castle and had a 43 km length.

A skirting of the city was carried out. The old section is called from now on D 1093b .
