The trunk road 80 , or RN 80 , is a Trunk road French connecting Montchanin to Châlon-sur-saône. (Before 2006, it was prolonged until Autun).

Before the downgradings of 1972, RN 80 connected the Châtillon-on-Seine to Cluny. It was at the time displaced in RD 980 of the Châtillon-on-Seine to Autun and of Montcenis to Cluny. The section between Autun and Renaudiots belonged to RN 78 and had been shown by RN 80 . The RN 80 had thus preserved its layout of origin between Renaudiots and Montcenis, but this section was displaced in 2006.

The decree of the December 5th 2005 having involved the downgrading of the section connecting Autun to Montchanin, it remains nothing any more the RN 80 history.
