Route main road 383
The trunk road 383 , or RN 383 , is a trunk road French corresponding to the Eastern and southernmost sections of the Ring road of Lyon. The decree of the December 5th 2005 envisages the transfer of RN 383 to the department of the the Rhone; it will be renumbered RD 383 .
Previously, RN 383 connected Vouziers to Biermes constituting a connection between Vouziers and Rethel by the valley of the Aisne. Following the law of 1972, it was renumbered RD 983 .
