The trunk road 2 is a road connecting Brussels to Maastricht while passing by Leuwen and Hasselt. The speed limit is in general from 50 to 90 km/h. The road is prolonged at the border by the Rijksweg 278. The section of N2 which goes from Brussels to Kortenberg names fitted of Leuwen to continue then under the name of Brusselsesteenweg .
