Route main road 164
The trunk road 164 , or RN 164 , is a trunk road French connecting Montauban-of-Brittany to Châteaulin.
It takes again the layout of old RN 164bis of Montauban-of-Brittany to Rostrenen and part of the layout of old RN 787 of Carhaix-Plouguer to Châteaulin; the layout of Rostrenen to Carhaix-Plouguer always belonged to the RN 164 as of the origins.
Indeed, formerly (before the downgradings of 1972), RN 164 connected Ancenis to Landerneau.
This road is maintained in the national highway network after 2007.
