Route main road 159
The trunk road 159 , or RN 159 , is a trunk road French energy of Raves to Holy-Marie-with-Mines by the Tunnel Maurice-Lemaire. The decree of December 5th 2005 provides that this route will be preserved in the field of the State whereas the section of RN 59 passing by the collar was displaced (become RD 459 on the slope of the Haut-Rhin).
Before the reform of 1972, RN 159 connected Tours to Laval via the Arrow. It became RD 959 in Indre-et-Loire and Maine-et-Loire, RD 306 in the Sarthe and RD 31 in Mayenne.
