The trunk road 15 , or RN 15 , was a trunk road French connecting the Bonnières-on-Seine (Yvelines) to the Havre (Seine-Maritime). The decree of December 5th, 2005 having involved its quasi-integral downgrading (except the crossing of Rouen), this road does not exist practically any more. New classification is RD 915 in the Yvelines and RD 6015 in the the Eure and the Seine-Maritime. RN 15 had before known a radical change at the end of the years 1970. Indeed before the wave of the renumérotations of this time RN 15 connected Pontoise to Dieppe. Following the downgrading of this one, it was decided to re-use the number released to create an axis taking again various old main roads between the has 13 and Le Havre. This road constituted however already an axis with whole share as of the years 1950 under the name of 13 (a). Old RN 15 was displaced in RD 915 in the Val-d'Oise, the Oise and in Seine-Maritime and RD 15bis in the the Eure. Only two sections are still national:

  • - of Gournay-in-Bray at the coast of Saint-Aubin under the name of Trunk road 31
  • - Virtues with Dieppe under the name of Trunk road 27
