Québécois Provincial roads, the 335 share of Montreal in the south since the road 138 to finish in the area of Lanaudière in north with the angle of the road 125.

It is the only minor road whose layout crosses the island of Montreal. In fact, it crosses the island by the streets Saint-Denis and Lajeunesse before becoming the boulevard of Laurentides in Laval by the Viau bridge. Between the highways 440 and 640, road 335 fits in the axis of the Autoroute 19, if the latter had been supplemented until the Autoroute 50.

It also forms a multiplexing of 12 km between the sector of the Plain with Terrebonne and Saint-Flax-Laurentides. On this same section, the road 158 joined them for 2 km in the town of Saint-Flax-Laurentides.
