Québécois Provincial roads, the 205 serves the area of the Montérégie in the western south of the Quebec. It begins with Hemmingford, on the road 219, while being dirgeant towards western north. It further finishes 36 kilometers, on the road 132 with the access of the Fleuve the St. Lawrence with Beauharnois.
