Rouen Left bank

One calls Rouen Left bank the part of Rouen located on left bank of the the Seine.

One finds there the districts Saint-Sever, Saint-Clement Botanical garden and Grammont.

Since 1983, with the autumn, the Foire Saint-Romain is held to with it on the quays of the Seine.
