The town of Rothesay is the main city of the Isle de Bute, in the Council area of Argyll and Bute, in Scotland. The city is the site of a medieval castle surrounded by ditches. Rothesay is accessible by cross bar starting from Wemyss Bay, which is connected by train to Glasgow.
