Rosy

Rosy , from its name of registry office Maurice Rosy , was born the November 17th 1927 with Fountain-the Bishop in Belgium.

He begins the Cartoon in 1954 and he becomes, two years later, artistic director of the newspaper of Spirou, until 1971. He wrote several scenarios for Franquin, in particular for Spirou and Fantasio in the Dictator and the mushroom in 1953 and the Pirates of silence in 1955. He imagines in 1959 with Roba the characters of Boule and Bill which made their appearance in the form of a " minis-récit" , supplement with the newspaper of Spirou. It is also one of the authors of Bobo, and the scenario writer of the series Attila, carried out with Derib.
