Rosso Conero Riserva

The Rosso Conero riserva is an Italian wine of the area of the Marches equipped with a name DOCG since September 1st, 2004. Only to the DOCG the red wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located close to the Monte Conero in Province of Ancône in the communes of Ancône, Offagna, Camerano, Sirolo, Numana and partly in the communes Castelfidardo and Osimo.

The red wine of the type rosso riserva answers a schedule of conditions definitely more demanding than the Rosso Conero, primarily in relation to ageing and the alcohol content.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : more or less intense red ruby

  • odor : vinous, agráble
  • savor : dry, harmonic, full

The Rosso Conero riserva is tasted at a temperature ranging between 15 and 17°C. It will keep 2 - 4 years.
