Manuel Rosenthal was a Compositeur and Leader French, born the June 18th 1904 with Paris and dead the June 5th 2003

Biography

Raise with the Conservatoire of Paris, it met Maurice Ravel in 1925, became its pupil and fed from his testimonys several biographies of the author of the Boléro . As leader, Rosenthal directed the National orchestra of the French broadcasting of 1944 to 1947 and the Orchestra of Seattle of 1948 to 1951. He died a few days before his 99 years.
