Preparation
21 G by liter.ajouter a piece of marble and a piece of brain per tube. Traditional pressure-sealing.
Reading
The medium must be used in the 15 days following the preparation. It can be frozen. Before use it must be regenerated. After sowing it must be covered with paraffin. The fermentation of glucose results in a frankly red coloring, the reduction of the medium by a discoloration of the medium. The green bacteria giving a coloring are nonglucydolytic and alkalizing.
