Roscille of Blois

Roscille of Blois , (born in 925), girl of Thibault the Old one, count de Blois and of Chartres and Richilde de Gothie.

It has a brother: Thibaud Ier of Blois called Thibaud the cheater.

In 948 Alain Barbetorte wife with Blois, Roscille of Blois.

They have a child: Drogon of Nantes, also called Dreux, (born in 950, future count de Nantes, died in 958).

In 952, Alain Barbetorte dies.

In 954, widow of Alain Barbetorte, it remarie with Foulque II of Anjou. Foulque II takes the control of the Comté of Nantes in the name of Drogon, the son of his new wife and Alain Barbetorte. Drogon died in Angers in 958 under badly defined conditions, (perhaps poisoned by Foulque II). Foulque II of Anjou became count de Nantes and Duc of Brittany until in 960.

One does not know exactly the date of died of Roscille of Blois.
