Rosa sweginzowii

Rosa sweginzowii is a species of Rosier classified in the section of the '' Cinnamomeae '', originating in north-Western China.

Description

It is a Arbuste which can reach 4 meters in height, which resembles Rosa moyesii with stems with the flat and triangular pivots and sheets from 7 to 11 leaflets, quite green, smooth with their hairy reverse.

The simple flowers pink clear in white center flower in June and give Cynorrhodon S of red color shining, in the form of 2,5 cm length bottle.

There exists a dark cultivar with flowers pink and larger fruits: Rosa sweginzowii “Macrocarpa”
