Rosa blanda , the rose tree of Labrador , is a species of Rosier classified in the section of the '' Cinnamomeae '', originating in a vast Eastern area of the north of the North America.

Attention not to confuse it with Rosa blanda Pursh. not Aiton, which is actually Rosa nitida , a pink of the section of the Carolinae .
Description
Rosa blanda pushes in the wetlands or rock and whose stems, almost smooth, can reach two meters in height. The Feuille S on coarsely toothed board are made up from 5 to 7 leaflets. The Fleur S, recluses, of pink color have from 5 to 6 cm in diameter. The Fruit S are Cynorrhodon S rounds and reds.

It is the official flower of the North Dakota, which specifies: either Rosa blanda or Rosa arkansana .
