Ron Weasley

Ron is one of the main characters of the saga Harry Potter, written by the writer J.K. Rowling.

Biography

Ronald Bilius Weasley of its complete name was born on March 1st 1980.

It is present as of the first volume. It is a friendly boy, a little timid, the last but one child of a family of wizard made up exclusively of redheads, who, older with young person, are:

  • Bill,
  • Charlie,
  • Percy,
  • Fred and George,
  • Ron ,
  • Ginny.

To the beginning of the saga, it binds friendship with Harry. They will be joined soon by Hermione Granger. Together, they form an inseparable trio. Ron has a rat named Croûtard, old man and used, having belonged, like many of its business, with another family member because Weasley are rather poor. Croûtard will prove to actually be the transformed version of the Animagus Peter Pettigrow. Ron will replace it as of the end of the third volume by Coquecigrue, owl tiny which is offered to him by Sirius Black. Member of A.D. in the 5th volume, it helps Harry in all his adventures.

In the 4th volume, it is of a great support for Harry when it does not badger Hermione in connection with Viktor Krum, of which it is particularly jealous, which let think of many fans that it could begin to nourish of the feelings in love for his friend. In the 6th volume, it starts, seems it, to realize of its love for Hermione, but it wants to hardly acknowledge it, just like she. They dispute, once more and, offended by his sister who reproached him for being left with no girl, it starts to leave with Lavande Brown, one of her comrades but all is finished. Finally it joins again the bonds with Hermione, after having failed to die poisoned the day of its seventeen years.

Ron suffers from a complex of inferiority vis-a-vis its " illustrate " friend Harry Potter. This feeling will create conflict situations, in particular in volume 4, when Harry is chosen, against its liking, by the Goblet of fire to represent Poudlard at the time of the Tournament of the Three Wizards. It thus reproaches him for having found a means of proposing its candidature in spite of the evil spell of Dumbledore created to prevent the attempts of the minor pupils and thus of seeking to increase an already important glory. He insinuates that Ron is only the buffoon of king Harry, that his own mother would have preferred to have a girl rather than one énième boy, than this one prefers Harry to him or that Hermione and Harry are in love one with the other.

In the films “Harry Potter and to philosophize Stone” (" Harry Potter at the school of the wizards ") , “Harry Potter and the Chamber off Secret” (" Harry Potter and the room of the secrecies ") , “Harry Potter and the Prisonner off Azkaban” (" Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban ") and “Harry Potter and the goblet off fire” (" Harry Potter and the goblet of fire ") like in " Harry Potter and Order off the Phenix" (" Harry Potter and the Order of the phoenix ") the role of Ron Weasley is interpreted by Rupert Grint.

Literary character deeper than it does not appear to with it with the first access, Ron Weasley is confined with the cinema in a role of supporting character rather comic, and rather yellowbelly.

In the epilog of the last tome cheese of the saga, one learns that Ron marries Hermione Granger, with whom it will have two children, Rose, the elder one and Hugo.

During a recent interview, J.K. Rowling specified that Ron was going to work initially with George with the Weasley shop. It becomes then Auror, as Harry which is even the Director of the Department of which it completely chamboulé operation with the assistance of Ron.
