Romain Gagnon

Romain Gagnon is engineer, technological contractor like author and lecturer on the nutrition. At the same time scientific and gastronome, it tackles the subject of the nutrition of an innovating angle where health and pleasure go hand in hand from now on. He attacks with virulence the Canadian food Guide as well as the official discourse of the dietetists as for the impact of the calories and fatty food.

Romain Gagnon devoted his career to the research and development while working initially for several averages and large companies of which Bell Canada and Gendron Lefebvre. He then founded his own companies of which Smart Rain, a manufacturing company in the field of the intelligent irrigation which became public in 1997 and Champagnon, a farm of pleurotes to the fine point of technology. He directs today the Group DynaVision, a firm of consultants in the field of the research and development. In parallel, it carries out in parallel one second career as author and lecturer on the subject of the nutrition.
