Rolandas Paksas
Rolandas Paksas , (born the June 10th 1956 with Telšiai) is a Lithuanian politician. He was President of the Lithuania of 2003 with 2004. He is the first Head of State of Europe has to have been the subject of a procedure of effective dismissal. The Lithuanian Parliament the Seimas relieved it on April 6th 2004.
It is currently with the head of the democratic Liberal party of Lithuania;
