Roland de Medici
Saint Roland de Medici was born with Milan, in Lombardy, towards 1330. At 30 years, it leaves the world to live as a hermit. To avoid the sin, it kept silence during 26 years. It was nourished of what it found in wood and begged in silence. It carried only the same skin of chêvre. He requested also several hours upright on a foot, the eyes turned towards the sky.
He dies the September 15th 1386 with Borgo San Domino, area of Emilie (Italy).
