Roland Nadaus

Born in 1945 in Paris, Roland Nadaus is the author of about thirty work. Poet, writer, lampoonist, storyteller, lyric writer, novelist; he also assumed several mandates of mayor, of elected general adviser of the Canton of Montigny-le-Bretonneux, and President of the urban community (then called the SAN, trade union of new agglomeration). He lives and works with Guyancourt where has just been built a House of the Poésie.

" “ Which do you wait to read the poets” ? " posted there is more than 20 years Louis Dubost and Claude Vercey.Et it answered: " How they died! The friend Jacques Moreau of Mans learned it a few days before his death… Saint-Pol.-russet-red is (almost) as much in Guyancourt that in Camaret.Et Marguerite Bervoets, street where I live. And Jean Anselme and his island. And Jehan Despert.Et JEAN ROUSSELOT.Et soon JACQUES SIMONOMIS - which has just disappeared but which knew it before dying. A city for all, including the poets… And the poor. I tested. Of course there is a " Way of the Tower of Feu"!

" Initially militant of popular education, militant of childhood, trade unionist, political militant, I became elected for the first time in 1977: I always wanted to give hands to my words and sharp-poured… I am initially - and perhaps only a poète".

1977: elected official mayor-assistant of Guyancourt (in charge of childhood) 1983: elected official Mayor of Guyancourt (re-elected in 1989,1995 and 2001)

1983: vice-president of the Trade union of New Agglomeration of St-Quentin-in-Yvelines 1989: President of the SAN of St-Quentin-in-Yvelines (re-elected in 1995)

1995: elected official General adviser of Yvelines, canton of Montigny-le-Bretonneux (re-elected in 2001)

In 1998, voluntarily the relay of the presidency of St-Quentin-in-Yvelines passes to Robert Cadalbert. In 2001 passes the relay of President of the Group PS-related to General advice 78 to Claude Vuilliet.

In 2002, voluntarily the relay of mayor of Guyancourt passes to François Deligné. After 37 years with the PSU then with the PS, is not any more member of any party.

Remain General adviser of Yvelines (Standing committee and Commission Education-Culture) and city council man of Guyancourt.

Membre of the PSU then PS he is not any more member of any party.

Will leave the political life in 2008

International prize of Poetry Antonio Viccaro decreed at the time of the Market of the Poetry of Paris (2007) in partnership with the International festival of Three-Rivers (Quebec)
