Roland Cahen , born in Paris the September 11th 1958, is a type-setter electroacoustic French. He also teaches this artistic discipline.

Biography

Raise Pierre Schaeffer and Guy Reibel. It creates near Pierre Boeswillwald the class of music electroacoustic of Amiens in 1983, then the Sound Workshop of Creation of the ENM of Montbeliard in 1993 and finally the Sound Studio of the 3Ecole Nationale Sup3erieure of Industrial Creation (ENSCI).

It composes for the scene, the concert, the multi-media one and the interactive installations, develops original sound forms in the field of the spatial distribution of the sounds (Spatialisation), of the Théatrophonie, the sound Navigation as well as ludopedagogic pivrages with character.

He also writes on the contemporary music research.
